I applied to the Accenture graduate program in the UK at the beginning of November last year. I did my online assessment in the end of November after which they told me it would take 15 days to get decision for next round. They then contacted me in March of 2024 and I had my final interview that was virtual assessment center in the end of March. They said it would take 3 weeks to get the decision. Now we are in end of June, I still haven't got a decision and when I contacted them they just said they are sorry it is taking them time to give a decision. Why do you think this is happening? What would you advise me to do? Thanks!
It sounds frustrating! Accenture's hiring process can be slow due to high volumes of applications. I'd suggest following up politely with HR for an update and asking for a specific timeline. Meanwhile, consider applying to other opportunities to keep your options open. Good luck!
